A call is considered On Target when it is a correct call (see below), including deals that traded better than the call, deals traded within the call and pre-trading adjustments due to changes made in final pricing terms.

The Street Rating, is a general consensus taken, at press time, from Wall Street and investment professionals concerning how well an IPO might perform when it starts trading.

The ratings range from 1-Star (the lowest) to 4-Stars (the highest) and the calls are based on a consensus input from investment professionals.
The 4-Star rating system:
  • - ($4 per share and higher "hot")
  • - ($1-to-$3 per share or “good”)
  • - (50-cents to $1 per share or “OK”)
  • - (flat to 50-cent a share)
